Violet and Partners appointed by Fortem IT to deliver CyberFest 2026, in collaboration with CyNam

We are delighted to share that Fortem IT has appointed Violet and Partners to deliver CyberFest 2026, in official collaboration with CyNam.

CyberFest takes place on 17 September at Dunkertons Park in Cheltenham. It runs from 10am to 10pm, and it is built to feel nothing like a conference.

Fortem IT is the force behind the event. CyNam brings the community that makes it matter. We built the branding, curated the spaces and managed key speakers and sponsors.

CyNam’s Creative Partner

Violet and Partners, formerly Alice Violet Creative, has been CyNam's creative partner for more than three years.

In that time we have delivered event comms, creative direction, and a six part documentary series in partnership with Barclays Eagle Labs. Our founder, Alice Violet, is also a regular speaker and host across the CyNam programme. In 2026 so far, she hosted the headline event In the Eye of the Storm, a panel at Tech Futures Summit, and FinTech Futures with Iress. Alice Violet will be co-hosting CyberFest .

Brand and identity

We created the CyberFest brand from scratch, then carried it through every touchpoint, from signage to merchandise.

Programme and talent

We secured our keynote, author and broadcaster Jamie Bartlett, alongside an incredible speaker line-up covering a range of compelling cyber topics from mental health to robotics.

To re-energise and delight before the evening kicks off, we have invited Bristol based circus performers Asteria's Playground. They will take the stage tat 17:15, then roaming performers will entertain through the food break before the evening segment begins.

Content capture

Our team will be on site all day shooting photography and video, so partners and speakers leave with content they can actually use.

Thoughtful touchpoints

A dedicated Chill Out Space for anyone who needs one, whether that's a moment away from the noise, a call to take, or simply somewhere to think. Designed uniforms so the team is easy to find and the event looks considered from the ground up. High quality merch worth keeping, made properly and chosen for things people will actually user.

The sponsor and guest experience

Small, deliberate moments matter more than scale. All sponsors get to host a VIP cider networking tour capped at eight guests, so introductions happen naturally and conversations have room to breathe.

We also have interactive vendor stands built for genuine engagement. We also have local luxury prizes to encourage guests to engage with sponsors and participate in more elements of the day.
